call pilot 150 and MICS

I have a call pilot 150 2.1 and mics 7.0

when i do feature 985 it shows ext 297.

When I go to foward no answer, it doesn't accept it.

on port dnstatus it shows that port 113 has ext 233 on b2 and 297 on b1.

I put 233 on fwd no answer to see if it works but nada.

Have you configured the Call Pilot?
What do you get when you do a feature983?

actually I didn't because they dont want a tree...they just want to activate voicemails on all extesions....feature 983 takes me to programming fine...

i reinstall the CP but didn't reboot the MICS.......

It may not be seeing port 1 on the Call Pilot (DN 233) verify that port works from the MICS when you plug a 73XX phone into it. That could be why your DN inquiry shows as 297. The Call Pilot utilizes both channels of each port connected. Try disabling and re-enabling port 113 in maintenance and then restarting the CP.
