You have only just posted some error.
Can you provide details as to what is wrong and what you were doing etc to get this error?

I get the the enter password but then it give me this error

Is the CP up and running on a Norstar (ports plugged in)? GUI will not load if it's not fully functional. You can't just plug into a CP it must be live.

Otherwise corruption, suggest you try a restore from a backup or reinstall from scratch.

I did do the re-install but no joy.

Try to upgrade to last build....might replace corrupted files.

31.10.36.22 I think was the last build for 3.1.
F983/login and press 9 to see.
