Call Pilot 100

customer wanted the C pilot to answer the calls go to CCR and then to dept . but did not want a general delv or any M Boxes. programed the aa to answer after 2 ring goes to Table 1 and CCR 1. programed paths for Transfer to Int Numbers. 0 goes to Customer Counter. all works except after 5 ring the C Pilot answers to line. checked the lines they are programed as appear only and no phone has any CFWD programed. If the call goes to the X that is set for dial 0 it goes to the gen delv MB and if it goes to one of the Depts it gives the caller set not availb. We do not want the call going to any M Box just rings at set. must be looking over something simple

Calls dont transfer from the auto attendant to a phone without a box. Create a box.

What do you mean it Answers To Line? do you the call bounces back to Auto Attendant?

What are the DRT and Transfer Callback timers set at?
If you do not want calls to go to General Delivery then disable that mailbox.

Removed the drt and set the xfer call back to 12 rings. What it does at the depts is ring the 12 times and rolls back to the AA. I think they could live with this but when they hit 0 and rings the front counter it rings the 12 times but still goes to the Gen Delivery M Box.

Then disable the Gen Delivery mailbox....

I went in and turned off the gen delv MB. It rang the 12 times and then gave msg of exiting the system and dropped the call. Turned it back on

Which KSU is it? does it have Hunt Groups?

Have 0 point to a hunt group and overflow one HG to another other then back again with members being in both groups.

Sounds like they should be using the built in Call Center if they cant handle the volume.

after programing the HG001 and HG002 with X329 in both. then overflowing to each other tested and after 12 rings is still being sent to the Gen. Delivery MB. HG001 (739) is set for the AA ext and dial 0. what I finaly did was to go into the CCR and programed '8' to transfer to HG001 (739), built a MB for X329 with no CFWD or NA in station programing. what it does now is it will ring X329 after dial 8 rings the 12 times but instead of the Gen Del MB if gives recording that the sta is not available and returns to the CCR menu giving them the option of dialing 8 agin. not exactly what we wanted but at least not goung to a MB. still cant see why it still being answerd by V Mail. C Pilot is 1.5.32.01 don't know if upgrading the version would help do appreciate the sugestions

If General Delivery is answering then you did not disable it...
F983, login then press 6.

But yes 1.5 was very buggy so maybe that's the issue.

For HG to work properly the lines need to be removed from appearing on the sets and they must be assigned to the HG.
