I have a call pilot 100 that was on a CICS using the schedule for day, night and weekend greetings and had no issues at all. The customer expanded so I had to install a MICS for the additional phones. I reinstalled the call pilot so that it know used 2-digit ICM's instead of 2. Since the change the schedule will not work properly. there is no rhyme or reason to how it currently works. Sometimes I get the night greeting when it is day time and vice versa. I am told the software levels are compatible. I tried (at separate times) a different call pilot and software and a different MICS and new software and get the same results. I moved the ports. I erased the call pilot codes and reset call pilot to create new.
Running out of ideas?

The CP gets it's time from the system. If you are receiving caller ID and the time from carrier is wrong it might be resetting the MICS clock if the MICS is programmed to update it's time based on caller ID.
