whats the best way to remotley change the main greeting on voicemail. This is for when office is closed for whatever reason to be explained in greeting.

When the AA answers you would enter (if you have 3 digit ext.)102XXXX and when the 102 mailbox opens press 99 and follow the prompts. This is for the CallPilot.

Thanks for that tip. Didn't know you could do that remotely. I just tried with the Call Pilot on our BCM and it also lets you open or close the business remotely.

Just checked the Doc's and yes it works on the BCM . The class of svc. has to be NVM to work.

Our BCM is 3.5. I assume this works on all versions.
