help? I have a BCM 400 3.7 with call pilot 100. The customer lost power twice before the system could reload. The call pilot went back to default, lost all mailboxes except admin and GD. it shows only 4 seats ( had 72)
Can this get restored????????????????????

You probably have a Bcm 3.7 but not a CP100. CP100 connects to a MICS or a CICS.
If you have access to KRS, just do a retrieve keycode and you'll get back all your seats.
If you lost all config on your Call Pilot it could means corruption on your hard drive, maybe your HD is dying.

Thanks what is KRS? How do I do a RETRIEVEL?

Thanks !!!!

KRS - Keycode retrieval system. It's on the Nortel site. If ur an authorized vendor u can access the site and retrieve your key code file. U'll need the system ID or serial # of your system to do it.
