I have a Call Pilot 100 that died over the New Year weekend. Customer came in and both port lights are solid green, but the three LED's on the right side are flashing. Removed the power cord, reseated the software cartridge, restored power and the same thing happens. Port lights are solid, the other three are flashing. Feature codes all return "Inactive Feature.
