CALL Pilot 100 Directory Problem 1

I programmed a mailbox in the Call Pilot 100 but when I scan in the directory from a T7316e it does not show the mailbox. As a consequence it is not recognized under the # option for company directory (no match is found). I recycled power deleted mailbox and re-entered mailbox but still will not show up under directory scan from a T7316E set. I originally programmed mailboxes from my pc. Any suggestions?

You checked off "directory" when you created the MB and you've initialized the MB?

Thanks Marv you were correct, the mailbox was not initialized even though customer insisted it was. Problem solved.ARRRGH!!
