What is maximum number of agents you can have on a CallPilot 100 and 150?

Thanks.

Ten active agents for both units.

I was looking for the maximum number of agent seats you can purchase for each of these systems?

Thanks.

Arr is right with the exception of 20 agents can be configured but true only 10 active, this applies to both 100 and the 150 but the 150 comes with the Call Center as the 100 you need to upgrade via keycodes and if there is any hint a customer may need to get call center then it far cheaper to get the 150 now rather then upgrade later.

If you are looking for more then ten active agents then you wil need Call Center Pro for the BCM KSU.

Hi Curly!
Or telephony1 should look at a NAM with Minuett or symposium. Telephony if your system is a mid life MICS Rls 2,3, or 4 you could easily avoid the co resident software problems in the NAM with the later releases. Cheaper too!

Curly, comments on my musings post???
