call pilot 100 aa programming

I'm new at setting up the call pilot, i have the book and the disk but it's not comming together for me.
All i need it to do is have the AA answere all calls from 500pm till 800 am, i need a single digit menu that will transfer callers directly to the mailboxes, i recorded a greeting in table 1, recorded the single digit menu in ccr table 1 and set up paths 1-6 for the mailboxes and assigned ccr tree 1 to table 1. I'm not sure if any of this is right?
also confused about the morning, aftr=ernoon and evening times because I only want AA to answere after hours and on weekends?
sorry to ramble on but Im really frustrated at this point.
Any help appreciated

specify morning 8am, afternoon 12pm, evening 459pm, non business 5pm and assign greeting 1 for morning/aftnoon and greeting 2 for non business
assign CCR tree only to non business

Thanks,How do we keep the call pilot from answering during business hours. They want secretary to answer all day and vioce mail after 5p Thanks

program your norstar to direct lines/calls to the callpilot AA by touch of night service button
let me know if you dont know how to program this
