Call Pilot 100/150 (Ver 2.0) & CICS 6.1: Operator Status Issues

Hello:

Have come across a VERY interesting issues. Tested and
seems to be only happening with a CICS 6.1 wi 00 and a
call Pilot 100 or 150 with Version 2.0 Software.

Wheneven you set the Operator status [F982] to unavailable
the voice ignores this status and the calls are still
making it to the atendante (I'm using 21/221)

Has anyone seen this, or can you test and create this issues?

Yes and no

Yes... if operator status is set to available, the attendant DN in F982 is used and table DN is ignored.

No... if a table DN is programmed then attendant operator unavailable status is ignored.

The operator status DN overides Table DN only when operator is set to available

Its done this way because of tenanting capabilities.

Figured it out:
The CP was set to CP, I changed it back to VM and now it works.
