Call Pilot 1.07 Client Password reset 2

I have a client who purchased a building equipped with an Option 11C rls 24.24 and Call Pilot 1.07 voice mail.
The client is going to upgrade but needs mail boxes and auto attendants now. I need to reset the client to default to assist this client while the upgrade quote is in process.
Does anyone know the procedure for this? I have the distributor access for the server but I need help from there.

config wizard, once through and you can reset all the passwords for admin access

if you have distributor access, you can go to system utilities under the Call Pilot programs menu and reset it back to default there.

I need the specifics for the support tools menu. The newer systems are no problem. This release does not appear to have the ability to reset any passwords unless I am missing something.
I have went through the configuration wizard and do not see the place to reset passwords. Again I appreciate all the help here.
