I have a client who purchased a building equipped with an Option 11C rls 24.24 and Call Pilot 1.07 voice mail.
The client is going to upgrade but needs mail boxes and auto attendants now. I need to reset the client to default to assist this client while the upgrade quote is in process.
Does anyone know the procedure for this? I have the distributor access for the server but I need help from there.
