I have IPO 11.1.2.3, All IP Telephones is JSeries
I programmed the call pickup feature, as usual, by creating a group for people who intend to pickup each other's calls, then go to the user screen and on the buttons programming, program the feature
CALL pickup Members then on action data number of the group, and its working fine, but the user must press the button first to pickup the call then again press select to complete the pickup, same procedure done on 16Series and os working from the first.
Is there something can do here ?
