Call Pickup Not Working

I am having an issue using call pickup. The 2616 cannot pickup calls from the 2006. The RNPG is the same on both sets. The 2616 can pickup other phones in the RNPG. Is there another setting, like a CLS or something I need to check?

If the 2616 can pick up calls on other sets, PUA is already in the CLS.
I agree with the person who said to post the printed tns on this site. Maybe somebody will see your problem.

If we are talking about two extension on the same system, then I would chech the PLEV( one has 00 and the other 02)and the COS (unr and ctd). I wouldn't bet on the 2º but the first ... uhm ... never tried before ... check
I didn't look at all the CLS, if there are any restrictions active.
