Call pick up.

TDA100 with 6 incoming analogue trunks all in same trunk group. all calls go to the ICD - 601 at all times. scenario is 3 extns in ICD group, all with PT's and consoles, all configured the same. extn 842 answers 75% of all calls then parks them or blind transfers them. when call is parked then times out extns 820 and 828 want to be able to answer the caller now returning to 842. icd grp call pick up, trk grp call pick up and directed call pick up don't work - no incoming call. have tried pdn and sdn buttons on all phones in the icd group but they don't answer the call.
anyone can normally answer/intercept the parked calls by pressing the park slot from ther PT's, its only when calls are returned and the recall alarm is sounding.

appreciate your thoughts.
 
You could set up transferred call recall to a group in ext settings per extension
 
thanx obtsystems, will try that on monday.
