Call pick up feature not working

I am having some trouble figuring out why a 2500 (analog) phone that i converted over to Digital (2420 avaya phone) doesn't allow for dialing the *7 feature code to pick up another co-workers call like they did before? There are other 2420 phone users in the same office that are able to do to use the *7 feature to pick up a call on another station ringing. All programming looks the same.

I forgot about the call pick up group that the ext was removed from.
