call pick up between two ipo systems 1

Hi

I have two IP Office in a SCN, and i've created a hunt group with both ip office members on it , the thing is like whenever i got a call , the users from system A cant pick up the calls from system B using button programming on users sets , each users can only pick their own system calls , i did try it with the short code it works nicely , but the costumer refuse to use a short code as it is a long procedure they only want it with button programming .

the short code witch i use is call pickup any , so i need to dial the *31*the ext number # then only i can pick other system calls but in the button programming i required a group pick up so it didn't happen .

how to add a short code that dial that hunt group , and i can add it to button programming ?

Call pick up any is *30 so no need to specify extension or group but I am not sure how this works over SCN.

You could put all users on the SCN in a hunt group then setup the key call pickup members
