Call pckup group sometimes doesn't work

Hi,
Sometimes the staff in our office could not execute the call pik up service code and sometimes they can ...
What can be the reason for it? What can be your recommendation to fix it? I just found the GPP program unit related with it. but not sure if it can be restarted for the solution. Also in which lim this PU shoud be restarted.Not sure at all..

Would somebody help me about it?

BTW, the system is BC12 SP8 and when someone initiated the call pickup by the service code "88" , it says " no waiting call as if there seems no waiting call on the system although there is one on the belonging group..

Are the extensions on the same LIM?
We had the same problem here and finally it was a problem of PCM congestion...
