Call Parking & Pickup in BC 9.0

I have a group of users on site that wish to do the following:

Take a call at their extension, and be able to put it on hold (park it) and then retrieve the parked call from another extension.

At this stage, I can park the call with no issue, and I can pick up a ringing (not yet answered) call, but not a parked call.

Is this possible ? If so how ?

Hi,

This function is called "common parking".

Programmation :
- program a pick up group with extensions.
- program mms of all extensions on all extensions of the group
- program a function key as cup on all extensions.

To use :
to park : press the cup key
On all extensions with mns programmed, the mns key will be litted

to re-admit the call on an other phone :
- press the mns key

or call the extension which park the call, wait the busy and press the cup key.

Hi,

I think you can hold the call via pressing R then hang up.

Go to the other phone and call the parked phone, then press the Call Pickup Code 8 typically.
