Call park

Two reception phones both using soft console. If one receptionist parks a call the other isn't able to pick the call up. They are reporting that the park slots are missing on both the consoles. This is since we had to put an older config into the system due to it crashing. Any ideas?

Check soft console, by default I dont beleive that there are any park slots. You may just have to label the park buttons with the corresponding park code.

I've seen Soft Console installs where it defaults to 16 Park Slots ! You have to go into the configuration and setup the park slots appropriate to your environment as stated above. Also you don't want your Soft Console version to be to far off-release from the downgraded IPO version you're running.
