Call park timeout to group 2

Use a group instead of a park zone to hold the calls in limbo.
We used to do that to park across SCN's
Basically you transfer a call to the group VM disabled,queuing on, no user in it and then use the overflow to send it to the group you want to use.
You need to use either a group button or a pickup group to pick the call back up.
