I have a customer who parks all incoming calls and pages out who needs to retreive the call that is parked for them. The majority of calls park on "101". His phones are all "prime" to the intercom path. He would like to eliminate the need to dial the "101" and store it on a button instead so when he goes "off-hook" at any set and automatically selects the intercom path he just has to push a single button. He understands if I am able to do this it will just work for the calls parked on "101". The "Feature*1" wants to have an outside line selected for it to work. This sounds like a simple thing, but I can't seem to figure out how to do this as an "internal call" procedure and would appreciate any ideas you may have, if it can be done at all. Thanx in advance.

I think your customer will have to keep dialing 101. My reasoning, The park prefix cannot be the same as a direct dial digit, an external line access code, leading digit of a DN, or the lead digit of a destination code. That defeats all the possibles such as feature*1, feature*2,and feature 64. If you figure a go around repost and let me know. The park prefix is actually an access code, but like I stated feature 64+access code does not work, I tried it.

Hope that helps. Good Luck.

If you have 6.0 or 6.1 software, SWCA will work great for this application.
The call basically gets parked on a button, and there is a lot of flexability in setting SWCA up. Fun stuff.

I appreciate the replies. I did not hold out much hope, I tried all the little tricks. I thought it was a reasonable request from the customer to speed things up. The software is early vintage (did not check it) so SWCA is not an option (good suggestion though). I am always impressed with this forum and the honest efforts to help shown on all questions everyone should be proud of their assistance. Thanx again.
