Hey guys - so since upgrading from 9.0 to R10.1- now when retrieving a parked call, users are having to press the call Park button twice (once for call park details, then again to connect) in order to pickup a parked call. While this isn't a huge deal, some users are complaining that they never had to do it before the upgrade. Does anyone know of a way to change it so you only have to press the call park button once to retrieve a parked call? This would be for buttons that are already assigned a call park spot/number (action data).

Pu tthis in the no user source number.

Put...
TUI:NO_SINGLE_PARK_INSPECT
in the NoUser source code

OR
you could put
TUI:NO_SINGLE_PARK_INSPECT
into the NoUser SourceNumber setting :)

I guess... Since I never use parking... Disabling DSS status under system - telephony should bring the same result but will also have an impact on call pickup with user buttons.

They mucked up the DSS status in R10 and beyond for the park pick up operation.

I think I'm going to put
TUI:NO_SINGLE_PARK_INSPECT
into the NoUser SourceNumber setting[bigsmile]

Thanks everyone

I just put
TUI:NO_SINGLE_PARK_INSPECT
into the NoUser SourceNumber setting & it works great!!

I just tell the customer that is the way it is and explain the reasoning behind it and they soon realise 2 presses is better :)
