Call Park Problems

I'm having what seems to be 2 different issues with call park on our Magix r4.

1) Sales is complaining that when they park a call and there are other calls coming in that they can not pick up the ringing call after they have completed the park.
(The sales phones are in a calling group set to group ring and have at least 4 SA buttons available, using 4412 sets)

2) One management user complains that he is losing calls. He places a call on park, hangs up, pages the desired person, giving the trunk number, then hangs up. The call receiver trys to do a pick-up on that trunk, but gets a busy signal. The originator tries to pick the call at his phone but it is gone. The problem is, I believe, intermittent

Any thought on how to address these issues?

Thanks in advance
JB

How is the call being parked?? Normally they would park the call by transfering the call to their own extention. To pick it up - the person would pickup the parked call at that extention number - not by picking up a line number.

Thanks for the reply Tom, We have Call Park & Call Pick-up buttons setup on each phone. The reason agents use the line number is that they may have more than one call come in that they need to park and all-page a receiver for, so picking one up at an extension often results in the intended recipient getting the wrong call.
