Would the feature work well, particularly in a fairly busy office of 100 staff and 2 (max) operators? The nature of the operation is to connect the caller to a live person vs. transfer to extension and then voicemail if unanswered. They were recently upgraded from a key system where orbit was used frequently and worked well.
