Hi:

I'm using Crystal 10
I have a bar graph and I need to call out (mark with an arrow or even specify a different color where as keep all other bars same color) for a specific value / bar in the graph.

Is there a way this can be done ?

Please let me know if the requirement is not clear.

Thanks

In the Chart Expert there is a tab for Color Highlight, where you can define various conditions to color code the bars.

Don't have CR10 handy, but I'm pretty sure that feature has been around that long.

got it - I had to uncheck 'Automically Chart Options' and then in the options tab follow your suggestion - thanks !!

Hi:

Trying to implement the solution mentioned here

here is the layout

GH1: <grouped on column called 'placeInfo'> database columns
GH2: <grouped on column called 'commodity'> database columns and graphs
Details: supressed
GF1: Subreport which contains a bar graph
GF2: other stuff

in the subreport -
we need to color the bar with value = value of group 1 in the main report - how can this be done ?
Any help will be appreciated

Thanks
