So i've been swapping extensions through programing for a while, using this method:

LD 20
REQ CHG
TYPE 2616
TN XX XX
ECHG YES
KEY 0 SCR xxxxx (ext

Just recently I realized that there are two lines on all these phones at the remote site and I've only been swapping the first line. So I recently swapped KEY 1 in addition to KEY 0....But now I am told by IT onsite that when they are on line 1 and they get a call it does NOT go to line to, it just goes straight to Voicmail....How can I resolve this?

Please help!

Heres the TN in question:

Both key 00 and 01 will get the same call... They're SCR for the same DN. Change key 01 to a different DN than the one on key 00.

You can change Key 1 to a diferent DN number or change key 0 and key 1 to MCR 19444 this way the second call will ring on the phone

You can't get more than 1 call at a time if both KEYs have the same SCR DN, they will both be busy with the first call. either give the KEY 1 a different DN and LHK 1 or make both KEYs MCR 19444, that way once you answer the first call it leaves the KEY 1 available to receive a 2nd call.

SCR single call (1 call at a time)
MCR Multi Call (Each apperence can receive a call)
