Call not going to voicemail from Cov Path + Vector 1

Main number with Coverage Path 22, point 1 = a VDN with vector(84) that includes announcement and 'collect digits' to be directed to individual extensions

Collecting the digits works and sends to the proper extension, but never goes to the user's voicemail

Being relatively new to Avaya CM, am I not understanding (obviously) the call flow or Coverage path function?

what release? list conf soft. only in more recent releases can calls go through two coverage paths. Your main number would normally go directly to a VDN. For your main number to go to a coverage path, it'd need to first go through something that could answer but instead goes to a coverage path after a few rings.

Here's a diagram of what has been requested. After collecting digits 1-5 it just rings the extenstions at the end of the tree

In the coverage path, make a vdn that goes to a vector that says message skill 99 for extension (assuming 99 is the voice mail hunt group number)
