call me feature not working

Hi All,
Anyone of u guys help me on my problem on avaya MM?

On Subscriber Option my call me and find me is setup when i try to make a call the find me feature is working but call me feature is not,The Find Me Rules is also setup, I decided to reboot my MAS Server and I got this error Microsoft Error" UM Callback server encountered a problem and needed to close"

Well it can be one of many things. How many MAS's in the system? What Rel are you on? Is the call me service running on the same server as the mailbox mon service.

Do you have callme allowed in the COS?

I have 2 MAS Server and Call Me Feature is installed on MAS1.

Avaya Modular Messaging R3

Class of Service, Call Me feature is YES.

Ken,

Would you know this error on MAS#1 Server? "UM Callback Server encountered problem and needed to close" Do you think this related that is why call me feature is not working?
