we have callmasters VI as agents phones. Agents are loged in ACD with autoanswer. When call is comming to agent the autoanswer is automaticly plaing recorded message (recorded in call master) but sometimes the recorded message does not play - the call is connected without recorded message.
Can you recommend something.
