Hi,

we have callmasters VI as agents phones. Agents are loged in ACD with autoanswer. When call is comming to agent the autoanswer is automaticly plaing recorded message (recorded in call master) but sometimes the recorded message does not play - the call is connected without recorded message.

Can you recommend something.

As another member mentioned, if the call is made to the hunt group instead of the vector then u can have this problem. Have all calls to this group be made to the vector then it should work.
