Call Manager express

Hi Guys ,
I have a call manager express with the ip address 192.168.254.254
connected to a router with 192.168.254.250 ,
I have two nat rules for ports 2000 and 6970 to call manager express ,
gateways ok , internet access ok , but I cannot register a phone from external network ...
IT just stop at registering ... and dies ...

any idea ?
 
I know this could be the first thing you try, but those a ping to the CME works? Just trace the route from the outside to the CME, you could be facing a routing config issue.

Caos is the natural order of things...
 
ip inspect on the interface? post a config!

found the problem ,

It was because in the config files of phones was pointed to local address of router !
