I have an older Call Manager Express (4.1) and I have updated some name changes on individual 7941 phones but I can't seem to get the 7914 module to update the name changes at the reception's 7961 phone.

There are DNs that act like BLF but I can't seem to find them under "PHONES". I see the 7961 but not the actual programming of the station appearances.

I trying to use the GUI and although making the other extension name changes was easy, I can't figure out how to update the sidecar with the new name changes.

Any help? Thanks

the configuration for the 7914 itself is under the 7941 phone it's attached to. Changing the info on a phone will not automatically change it on the side car.

No I changed the extension names on the other 7941 phones, not the 7961 and its 7914 side car.

When I view the 7961 config I don't even see where the 14 lines are added for the side car.

The 14 lines on the side car still show the old extension names that I have already updated (on the 7941 phones), I just can't figure out how to update the 7914 labels/names. I tried resetting the phone and I can't find anything under 'Phones'.
