We have 2 sites running CME 4.0.2 with UE 2.1.3. The problem is when i call from site a to site b and the call goes to cover to VM it rings busy same from b to a if i call internally on site a or b call covers to vm fine we are using dial peers to route calls from site to site. Everything works from site to site except call coverage to VM, one is a 2801 and one is a 2811 both have VM so its not centralized.

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks,
Nick

Weird. My only thought is that the routers do not have a dial-peer to match the VM pilot number for the other site's voicemail.

Some routing issues, possibly? Can the routers at least ping the ip address of the remote router's AIM-CUE?

can you dial from extension on site a to extention on site b ok?
its just the dial from on site to the other site VM thats failing. if so sounds like you need to do a translation on the outgoing call to the VM so that it doesn't match the return dial peer on the other site router.
