IPO 6.0.18 using 5400 series phones. Phones have physical POTS line apperance on them and log all calls with the exeption of calls that go to voicemail or if the caller hangs up when they hear the voicemail pick up. All log options are checked under the system tab and user tab. I have set this up in our office demo and all calls are getting logged correctly. However, I am using a PRI. I have not tried it with POTS lines assigned to the phone yet. Any suggestions?
