Call Logs

I have a customer with and IPO 6.0.18 using embedded VM using 5410's and the call logs are not showing missed calls. Calls made, calls answered, calls that hang up before they get to VM are all logged and show up fine. Calls that go to VM do not get logged but the VM time stamps them with caller info. Problem is, if call comes in and hits VM and the caller hangs up without leaving a message the call will not get logged. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
In Manager, you need to go to System > Telephony > Call Log and tick the "Log missed Calls Answered at Coverage" box :)
