hey guys,

just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to log ALL incoming calls. this would not be a per user type application. the customer just wants to be able to get a number that called from any date. maybe be able to log atleast 3 weeks of calls???

any help or suggestions would be great.

Use delta server
It is free and logs all calls in and out to a csv file

Or MS Excel if costs are no concern ( the customer only wants incoming calls to be logged ).
You can use Deltaserver and activate SMDR, store the output to a directory on the pc with the .csv extension.
You can load that file in excel and from there you can do what ever you want with filters, vba and wahtever.
