Hi

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to make a log of all calls received by a dn and also of all calls made by a dn.
If so how is this done.

Yeap, ICDA class on the stations (Station activity Call Detail Recording) if your system is equipped with package 251.

To print the packages you have

For Internal CDR you just need a TTY with CTY and SET CDR YES in the CDB, and ICDA in each extension to output records.

*** You only need that pkg 251 if need Records to be generated for the set (when the trunk is involved in the call), then you need CLS CMDA too.
