I have a customer that had their phone system lose programming. We reprogrammed it for them. They have caller ID on their lines. Most of the phones have no line appearances on them. The lines are in Pool A with 9 assigned to it for dialing out. The customer swears up and down that they used to have call logs on the phones with no line appearances on them. Every time I try to program call logs on these phones it states "no lines assigned". Can anyone help with this?
