Sometimes you hear this statement from your users. Not in all cases it is true.
So, check that the time/date is correct set in MD110 and in your PC SMDR application.
Try also to make some test calls, verifying that both the SMDR output fronm the MD and your PC works well.
If your countruy uses Daylight Saving Time (DST) the twicw a year problems could occur if the time is not set correctly.
In the MD110 SMDR printout you will only get calls that actually has been made.
