hi,

hope someone can help here. We have a 5 lim system with a CIL output on Lim 2 NIU.
The customer has indicated that all extns on lim 4 are not being monitored on the call logger.
Is it possible that a lim can be excluded from the output or does this seem more like calloger software issue???
 
Do you have any alarms related to Call Logging? mundus recommendation could fix the problem. SFCEI might fix it to. Or RFPUI:LIM=4,UNIT=CLOP; might fix the problem too.

There is no way that a LIM can be isolated intensionally. If a LIM is isolated, there is a fault.

Be sure you tested it your self and not depending only to customer.
