Call logging

I have a user reporting that their phone isn't logging there incmoing, out going, and missed calls, they have the call appearance keys set up on their phones so not to sure why this isn't logging. The system is 3.1 (65)and the phone is a 5410ds. Be greatful for any help on this thanks
