Call Logging Software

There is suppose to be some call logging software on the admin cd any idea where also how it works?

Glen, I have done a couple of these now and have not had a problem since I used this. Are you pulling from a remote PC or the local machine? Give me some details and I see what I can do to help.
 
I'm pulling from a remote PC over the Intranet.

It's a 412 at ver. 2.1.27.

Make sure you have the computer name at the beginning of the file path. Also, doublecheck the file path address to make sure there are no typos. It should look something like this:

Computer Name\C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\CCC\Delta Server\SMDR Output\SMDR(.csv

That is the basic idea, it might be a little different. I am going off of memory as my customer is logged on and I don't want to boot them off to check.
 
I got it working with a small change from your example:

Computer Name\C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\CCC\Delta Server\SMDR Output\SMDR(*.csv
