I am using an S8500 Media Server gateway.
We would like to track the calls that are coming into our Help Desk number by extension. We would prefer that our users open a trouble ticket via the web instead of using the help line. We would like some sort of historical statistics that tell us which extensions call the help line the most. Is there something built-in that will give me these statistics or is it an add-on module that would need to be purchased??
