I have a setup where an office has one main ring group that rings all phones, and the incoming caller also has an option to direct dial an extension as well.
One 1140E User is commenting that they only want to see Caller ID logs of calls directly sent to her phone, not from the ring group that rings all phones. Is there a way to ignore the ring group caller ID log and only log calls directly sent to her phone through direct dial or the directory? Strange question I know.
