Hi,

I have MD110 BC9 and I can not enable LOGABN.
(
CLOHI:FILE=..,FORM=2,DMPSIZ=1,LOGABN=YES;
LOGABN
NOT ALLOWED
)
Why ????

Thanx

To nix8,

The parameter LOGABN provides the option to log or not to log the call records associated with the abandoned calls. Parameter value YES is only applicable to flexible output format. Parameter value NO can be applied to all output formats.

As FORM 1, 2 and 3 are fixed outputs you can't use LOGABN on them. If you print CLFOP; you can see the formats and use the CLFOC command to immitate the FORM=2 in FORM=4 and then use LOGABN on that.

thanks for your answer,
but why can not log abandoned calls between extensions
or call from extension to PSTN ???
( inverse direction - from PSTN to extension - is OK )

thanx

To nix8,

In BC9 only incomming calls are in the Call Information Logging (CIL) output.

Abandoned calls between extensions and outgoing is introduced in BC10.
