call logging button feature on 200ICP

I have several icp200s installed and call logging buttons work on all system but 1. All the options are the same but when a missed call comes in, the light does not light and no numbers are captured. Any Ideas?

The Call Logging needs to be configured/enabled at the set using the superkey.

The key programming will then display what has been configured to display.

More Specifically (For most set types)

To program the logging of all calls or just missed calls to the call log
• Press Superkey.
• Press No until Call Logging appears.
• Press Yes.
• Press Missed or All.
• Press Intl, Extl, or Both.

The Folio docs have the other methods for other sets but all involve the superkey.

Found it Folio. Unfortunately the 5212 ip phone ia not on the list of supported phone for call logging. Here are the excerpts from Folio.:
Family 1 , Family 4 (except SUPERSET 4DN and Symbol MiNET Wireless), and Family 5 telephones support call logging. Subattendants of these telephones also support call logging. If a user changes sets from one that supports call logging to one that does not, all existing logs are deleted.
Family 3 is not supported
Superset 4015

Mitel 5304 IP

Mitel 5215 IP
Mitel 5215 IP (Dual Mode)
