Does anyone know where ACM keeps logs of all calls comign in\out of the switch? Is there a log file somewhere in the Red Hat file system?

Nope I don't believe you can access the buffer, you'll need an adjunct system to collect the data. Look at Verasmart... there are tons of vendor options in this area.

You can custom create your own server that will do the same... you'll find the instructions on this forum. Its fairly easy to do if you've held a varity of jobs in IT. Though it depends on your requirements.
