Hi
We have IPO 500 v2 R11.1.The call log key dors not work and not display missed calls.I programmed a key among the 16 keys for the call log function on the phone 1616 but it did n't not work .

No need to program a call log key, press the history key, on a 1616 it is to the left of the 7 key. Also check System/Telephony/call log settings and User/Telephony/Call log settings.

This has happened on some phones when users want to check missed calls the call log button nothing is displayed so previously all missed calls are displayed.a user asks if there is another solution to check missed calls?
