Call Log on the 9641L

Ok, so my trusty 4620 phone died the other day, had it 10 years+ so not too bothered. I had a rummage in the store room and dug out a 9641L (I think came in a our demo kit a fews years back). Anyway normally (well what I'm use to) College says:"xyz called for you 10 mins ago" I then look in missed calls on my phone log and press redial, simple. Now it seem the 9641 is a little cleaver and only puts calls in the missed list if there were missed by everybody. So if anyone answers the call it is not logged by my phone at all. Is there a setting for this I prefer the old way, I've searched the phone menus and not noticed anything on the PBX.

A bit trivial but I getting abit bored of look up customers numbers every 10 mins.

I think you mean group calls.
You need to go to system -> telephony -> call log and set missed coverage calls or something similar.
This will log group calls and calls to voicemail.

Thanks for the reply, They are all already ticked, I had check that as it was my first thought. I Suspect it is more handset related as all other hand sets are OK (46XX, 1616) and it is only my handset that this occurs on it is also the only 96xx handset.

What release do you have on the IPO?
9641G needs R6.1 or higher.
