Call Log not capturing missed calls to voicemail 3

On the 1416 phones that we have with the call log button feature, missed calls seems to only show up if it doesn't go to voicemail. But if the person does not leave a message, you wouldn't know if they called. How do you set it up so that if it goes to voicemail, it is flagged as a missed call?

Voicemail is not used that much in Europe so it is hardly used.
